Duration: Half day with total paddling time of around 2,5 hours over 8 km
Fitness Level: No previous experience necessary / Average fitness - sea kayaking is the equivalent of back packing or hiking
Age Limit: No paddlers under 12 years of age
Group Size: Minimum 4 clients / Maximum 20 clients / One experienced instructor provided for every 5 kayakers
Safety: One experienced instructor provided for every 5 kayakers /A 3.6 m Rubber Duck on standby for the entire duration of the trip
(a) Lion Route: Departs daily from Camps Bay over Clifton 4th Beach to Bakoven
(b) Seal Route: Departs daily from Hout Bay via kelp forests at Chapman’s Peak cliffs & the Cape Fur Seal colony back to Hout Bay
