The
Dakota DC3 is a twin engined piston aircraft, which was originally
built for the United States Army Air Force in December 1943,
but served most of her service with the South African Air Force. It
has a seating capacity of 24 passengers. |

- As these vintage aircraft fly at the
lower altitudes (as low as 1000 ft) and slower speeds
characteristic of their era, passengers are treated to an exclusive
‘birds’ eye’ view of the spectacular scenery below, so cameras are a
‘must’ to capture unforgettable memories!

Douglas DC-4 Skymaster

The
Skymaster DC4 is a four-engined piston aircraft and is one of the
only two Passenger-licensed Douglas DC4 Skymasters in the world. It
was originally used on the joint SAA-BOAC Springbok service between
South Africa and England. It has a seating capacity of 50
passengers in business class configuration. |

- The flight crew consist of
qualified and highly experienced flight aviators who are always
willing to share their aviation knowledge and always welcome passengers
to join them in the cockpit. The aircraft are serviced by qualified
engineers and are manned by enthusiastic cabin crew.
