Bordering 3km of pristine beach, Cape St Francis Resort is located 100km from Port Elizabeth and 70km from the Tsitsikamma National Park, providing easy access to the Garden Route. Nestled in the dunes, surrounded by fynbos, the natural park like setting is perfect for relaxing. Accommodation comprises 28 white walled thatch cottages either on a self or fully catered basis. Nestled in the picturesque seaside village of St Francis Bay, positioned at the ocean’s edge, The Sands is an impressive white walled, thatched roof ‘African Beach House’ offering a truly unique experience, understated luxury and comfort. The 5 spacious bedrooms, which offer luxury and style, open onto a private timber deck with breathtaking views of the magnificent un-spoilt beach below, and the en-suite bathrooms have separate showers, Jacuzzi bathtubs and bidets. The octagonal-shaped, glass fronted restaurant affords panoramic views from its 300˚ vantage point. Soak up the summer sun on the deck surrounding the restaurant, or on one of the two pool decks. Beauty therapy and massage facilities are available on request. Generous breakfasts and gourmet dinners are served and the Director’s Cellar offers a superb selection of estate wines. Children 14 years and above are accepted.
